Payment Options & Information

If you have hard return received a patient statement and wish to make a payment, you have the option to make payments online, over the phone or in-person with our exceptional staff.

  • ONLINE

    Accepted Credit/Debit payment forms online are VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover. Additional payment options include using a checking or savings account EFT. Please visit our Instamed Patient Portal to make an online payment. Please have handy your recent billing statement as you will need your patient ID available to either make a quick payment or to register for an account. You patient ID is located in the top of the statement in the upper right hand corner. Using your visit ID found in the second half of the page will cause delays posting your payment to your account and should not be used.

    If you do not have your patient ID number available, call our office and we can help.
